3. What payment methods do you accept? You can pay by credit card, bank transfers and cheques.

 

4. What are your working hours? Our call centres are operating 24/7. The service's starting hours depends on the type of job you choose.

End of Tenancy Cleaning

1. Do I have to provide the cleaning detergents and equipment?
A to Z Cleaning will provide all the needed detergents and equipment. All we ask from you is an empty property free of your belongings.

2. Is this service an hourly based one?
No this is not an hourly based service and the cleaners will stay as long as they need to get the job done.

3. Do I need to be at home during the service?
No, it is not mandatory but it will be good if you are there at the end to inspect the property after the service is completed.

4. Are there any tasks not involved in the move out cleaning?
There are various chores included in the end of lease checklist but tasks such as professional carpet cleaning, cleaning your exterior windows and wall cleaning are not part of this service. Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

1. How long it will take my carpets to completely dry?
It usually takes 2 hours, but if there is Fabric Protection included we recommend 4 -hours wait in order to get the best possible results.

2. What happens if your cleaners damage my carpets?
All the cleaners are fully insured. Don't hesitate to give us a call and discuss the situation.

3. How can I determine which carpet cleaning method is for me?
The technicians are trained how to inspect carpet types and perform suitable for them cleaning method. First, the cleaner will determine your carpet type and then proceeds with the proper treatment.

Man & Van

1. Could I travel with you in the van?
We are really sorry but the UK law doesn't allow us to get additional passengers with us.

2. What kind of vans do you have?
We have two types: Transit and Luton vans. Transit are smaller than Luton which are actually 4m deep, 2.2 tall and 2m wide.

3. What kind of moving boxes do you provide?
We provide from standard kind of boxes suitable for books for example to wardrobe boxes for hangers and large items.

4. Can you disassemble and reassemble different kinds of furniture?
Yes , all the technicians are trained how to deal with these tasks and have the equipment to handle it.

One-off Cleaning Sessions

1. How many cleaners are you going to send?
This depends on how big is your property and how many hours you would like to book.

2. What does this service include?
